I found it convenient to have two separate rooms, which allowed me to get up early without disturbing my family. The kitchen was nicely equipped for our needs. The free breakfast was a pleasant way to start the day.
The price seemed high for the services provided, and the pool area was small. It felt crowded , less enjoyable.

I loved how everything I wanted to see was so close, especially the Border to Boston Trail just a few steps away, and the George Peabody House Museum only about 5 km away offered a great glimpse into local history.

Spacious and comfortable room, nice and friendly staff. Breakfast was great with a good variety of food.
The second night other guests next to us were very loud until after 1 am. The staff did not do much to fix the issue.

The breakfast offered many options and was well-presented, with organic fruits that were a good addition. The room I stayed in had no TV, quite disappointing for me as I enjoy watching TV in bed. I left a bag with child's toys behind, but the hotel staff had no record of it, and the pool was uncomfortably cold with flaking paint around the sides.

There was a lady at the reception desk who should consider finding another job, one that does not involve contact with customers. Unable to smile, unwilling to listen, not even able to correctly program a key card. The hotel is poorly designed (long corridors, narrow stairs and only one lift in a corner) and the a/c very noisy.

Employees are nice and friendly .
The only problem I had was that check in is 4 pm and at 4 they still didn't have the rooms clean and ready . Since I was on a time frame I got to a meeting in Boston late . At 4:20 the managr still running around to see if the rooms are ready ... For a Hilton chain it should be more orgeniEd . I did not book a cheap motel . However... All in all the hotel and stuff are nice and friendly.

The suite was nice
The pool was wimpy, the gym was pathetic, and no hot tub. The room was nice the rest was very underwhelming. will never go back.
